can i use a belt driven mechanical hilborn fuel injection pump to supply fuel to my holley carb? if not why? thanks

 

there are many belt drive pumps designed to be used with carbs
they supply more fuel according to engine rpm
all engine driven pumps need a pressure regulator system with a return line/byp*** back to the tank

 

We use a 150 hilborn fuel pump going to a 4412 holley alcohol carb with a pressure regulator.
