Hilborn scoops and air cleaners

Hey everyone,

I just got my Hilborn scoops yesterday and was thinking.. The generic paper 6 X 2.5" air filters cant be rated really high on the CFM scale. I was thinking of going with a high flowing foam or cotton filter.

So what kind of HP difference would we be talking about on a 550HP SBC? I just cant see how those tiny paper filters could keep up.

I'm sure K&N's website (or competitors)has actual dyno tests, rather then a bunch of guesing.
