OK. if I dont get an emergency call to work, I am gonna be there saturday. The wife has to work, So Im gonna be flying solo. Planning to stop at Ferraris in Taylor for breakfast. If you are coming thru Talor and see an ugly yellow 46 ford sittin there, stop and join me for a cup of coffee.Would love to cruise the rest of the way with some other cars.

Is there going to be much racing going on Friday ?

Dad and I are planning on coming down Friday some time, but haven't made a decision yet on what time.

We'll definitely be at "the Good Hotel" for the parking lot party Friday night/Saturday night.

Kustom7777 and I will ABSOLUTELY be there on Saturday (I have to work Fri night slingin' drinks for drunks ). . .I can think of no better way to honour Casey! Can't wait to see y'all there!

 

The track will be open I am not sure what might be going on.

I'm so damn torn that I cannot make it down this weekend and there will be a cloud over my head all weekend. I heard from Ken tonite and Daniel restripped the trophy and its ready for someone to EARN. This is a one of a kind trophy since it has parts on it that Casey broke racing at the Texas Thaw.

Ya'll have fun and really throw a killer send off for a man that deserves none less.

RIP Collin... We miss you dearly and ALWAYS will....

Like rain would stop Casey! I am getting excited, I'm bringing my little guy Ty with me. This will be his first drag race, so let's see if we can ruin him!

Nope, unfortunately we are getting ready to leave on an unexpected trip to Corpus Christi. Wrong way, I know, but it's a family issue.

I won't be making it. I have too much going on this weekend (getting ready for the New Braunfels Swapmeet and picking up a car in Bryan on Sunday) to give up a whole day to something that might be rained out before I get there. I really wanted to make it.
