    Those tires/wheels don't belong on that Super Minx, hell they wouldn't have a chance on a Sunbeam IMP either. They will fit on a Hillman Husky though.

    I'm thinking a roof chop will be h**l with that curved rear window, but going full gasser style, with a Euro twist (blown ford v6) would be cool :)

    new tires are 225/60/15 on 6x15" rims.

    Why do they need cutting? the wheels look like they fit, just. also, isnt the door in the way?

    not much room in there, had to roll inside of arch this morning after going for a test ride.

    still need to raise front, cut rear arches, and change steering wheel.

    going to keep stock motor this year an change next winter.(no idea what with yet though!!!?)

    made up a wheel boss from parts laying about,
    heres the wheel fitted.

    all over.

    some metal work cut out, gearbox lowered and moved back, plenty of room for rad & fan.
    bench seat can stay!

    engine removed, now fitting springs and beam, then back on its wheels for engine& box fitting.

    this is where i'm upto at present, bit of tidying on front shackles(modified ford pop) still to make rear mounts but slowly getting there, hope to have it back down on its wheels by the new year!!!!

    Looks lovely, and I like the choice of engine (been rebuilding a 2.8 Cologne for years, hoping to get a reliable 200 hp street engine when finished) Just remember that they are filled with oil sludge by now, the cam's worn out, and they are seriously easy to overheat :)
    It sounds awesome with straight pipes :)
