COE History of my Ford COE 41

Hello I love this tread here I can read for days.
I have a 1941 Ford COD car hauler with a tiny sleeper.
I was so lucky to pick it up in South Carolina last year.
This car was restored back in 1979 / 1980 of two brothers and have been on several car shows back in the early 80: Street rods unlimited Chaleston SC Sept 81, Swamp Fox old car show March 1983, 3rd Annual Rod for fun in the sun Murili Beach SC 1981, Early Wheels Fun Sunday March 28 1982 etc.
Unfortunately the builder and owner past away for a couple of years ago, so the second brother and the widow sold it to me and they did not know so much of this car.
I try to get some more information and history of this COE
If there is somebody who know something or have some old photos or anything it will make me very happy
