This Willis has showed up in a couple of the Autorama threads. I remember seeing this car in the early to mid seventies at Coultraps speedshop , the Tappan Lake area in eastern Ohio. It looked exactly back then as it does in this picture. Anyone know the history on this car?

I saw the car at Thompson Raceway at the gasser meet, I think it was 2002. At that time it was still in Ohio..Later I ran across it on the internet for sale. The first I remember of it was in a magazine article in the early 70s, can't remember which one though.

I remember that car from back in the day too. The flames were VERY distinctive. Was there ever a model made of this car?
