Hot Rods Holley 94 6x2 setup

Any ideas on a good starting point for a sbc 350 6x2 with Holley 94's setup primary carbs setup?...as far as jets/power valves?...best so far has been 3.5 power valves.... Runs ok but stumbles a little?...I have taken carb top off and found .054 jets?...I guess maybe jets are too large?...should I go .050 or .052 or .051?....thanks
