holley 94 CFM rateing?

    Should you decide to go the dual 4 route, call, and will be happy to describe how I did mine. (Hint - you start with four AFB's and "marry" 2 pairs).

    Why do so many people say to dejet a carb when installing it on a smaller engine? Maybe that makes sense to some . . . but not me. A carb releases fuel based on the size of the opening AND the vacuum signal. The difference in atmospheric pressure to the pressure in the venturi. If your carb is sized to large for a given engine, it will not have the vacuum signal that it should have. Therefore, it will not push as much fuel out. Your engine runs badly, but people think it's running rich. It's running lean. Your engine is not making enough vacuum to pull the fuel out you need. Anyway . . .
