Seeking some tech here........ The story- Way back when,I ran a 780 cfm holley with a metering block in the rear, and not a plate. It had a PV. I blocked it off,and jetted the recommended steps up...it was what i had at the time, and led to the faster /quicker you want to go deal.....Hey- went 10's with it,and it has served me very well on numerous outings throughout the years.....It's my go to/test carb. Now- I want to stick it on top of a blower=4-71 on a mild engine,in a mild car.......=No burnouts/6k blasts/driving like I stole it deal...... So= with the "blower referenceing" to open the PV,and under boost( which will be beyond limited), can I just run as is? If I eliminated the PV before,I'm guessing it should be fine now.....No need for it to "open" with a signal,as it (the carb) will be not seeing it...... Just asking as i dont know for sure...... Ran it on another blown car,and drove fine, but not under full pedal..... Just seeing if this is an option.... Can convert to boost referenced if needed, but, seeing that the rear PV is blocked, and the "secondaries" are dumping per throttle opening,I'm thinking it should work, but, there's always the but...... School me some...Thanks-Kid
