Back in the shop after our trip. First off it was great meeting a large group of fellow HAMBers and getting to put faces with names. The reception to the Bill Burke Tanker was overwellming to say the least. We got to drive it on the salt as well as Bill Burkes grandson, The only negitive was a blown radiator hose that burnt my bussiness partners legs quite badly. A trip into town produced no Hospital or clinic. We ended up at the fire station with them calling an ambulance to attend to his burns. The next morning took us to the only clinic in town. Tom ended up with 2nd degree burns on both legs. As the trooper that racers are it was back to the salt for the rest of the day. Aside from that it was a great experince and again thanks to all that came buy and said HELLO. I will the let the real picture takers on here post as My picture taking sucks.
