I found it before I left on craigslist and my dad drug it home while I was at the drags! 1958 Cadillac coupe, 59,000 miles power everything and a 365/310 v8, interior is perfect except headliner and body has two rust holes! Sat in a barn in illinois for 30 years! Started to cleanit up a bit, not running yer, but should be soon!

My grandfather on my dad's side had a black '58 more-door that I remember getting behind the wheel of as a lad of 4 years or so. I love the smell of Cadillacs from that time period. He also had a '62 Coupe de Ville that was grey with a blue interior, I remember crying when my mother had it towed away as junk. Even then I knew it was something special.

    You are a lucky guy.

sorry alfred! That was my first car, had it since I was 14, hated it when I got it, wanted a muscle car, then dad and I put a 327/300hp engine in it and later I put a t350 and disk brakes, have drove it everyday ever since, its a great car, just blew a whitewall though, need to find another somewhere cheap, just need on g78/15,
