    I expected to see mushroom clouds all over this thread when it started. Guess everyone is a little more civil during the holidays.:)

    In a perfect world, anything is possible. But a saw of the HAMB is: Just because
    something CAN be done doesn't [always] mean that it SHOULD be done. I don't
    think just being able to say it the Chevy six is now a Hemi is reason enough for
    all you'd have to go through . . . and spend. Me, I'd derive a lot more enjoyment
    and satisfaction out of building up a 241 baby Hemi than trying to make a Hemi
    out of something that has a few merits of its own. As Scooter summarized:

    "Will the performance of a Hemi type head out-weigh the cost factor
    associated with development and testing to peak performance?"


    In a difference vein, though:

    Eddie Landers Engineering in Alamogordo does custom one off fabrication and machining of your needs, Go to You tube.com and see his stuff that he has created. He is very easy to talk too and his prices are very reasonable.
