Technical Home made roadster top

    Been helping a friend with his home built airplane that uses gl*** covered foam for the wings and rear control surfaces. It's very strong and light and got me to wondering if this procedure has ever been used in rod construction. Have a 30A roadster that could use a new top and this would be kind of Carson style.
