How did you size the inside diameter of the tubing?

 

Looks pretty good! Are you using a screen for a filter or just open?

 

used 2.5" ID pipe and had muffler guy spread base just a little bit-he did perfect fit

 

just a bug screen for now-trying to find some 2.5" puck filters, can't find anything with search's yet.

 

I did the same thing years ago on a SBC 3x2 set up I was running. Looks good. I polished mine to a high luster.

Thanks, that would be same as bug screen, was hoping to find a puck type filter that's not to restrictive-but protects a little..
