Technical Hood hinge hardware

Hi guys, I'm trying to adjust the hood fit/closing on my '47 Ford sedan delivery. The previous owner rode it hard and put it away wet!. Just wonder if there is anything available to show detail on the bolts holding the hinges together. I'm not sure what bolts belong in the****embly as mine are all 5/16 x1 inch long and none are shouldered or tightened. I believe the PO slammed the hood (with help), and sold it to me. MY BAD! Any help with regard to how the****embly goes together would be truly appreciated....Thanks, Tony

 

Anu place the hinges pivot there should be a shoulder bolt.
