Hello everyone, I just got a 1963 F250 with a 1957 312 y-block and a mercomatic automatic transmission. I am very excited about owning my first 60s vehicle. I am no mechanic but I have never owned anything new and I only have owned daily drivers. This 1963 ford is my current daily driver and I mean DAILY driver. Im sure I will have a lot of questions and hopefully I can share my experiences with others as well. No one has EVER worked on any of my vehicle except for my self and my Grandpa. I take pride in that and enjoy doing it that way. When something breaks or needs maintainence, I do it. That is who I am qnd it's something I love to do. thanks
Yes they are. He is no mechanic, actually he was a used car salesman, but he sure helped me through a lot of vehicle related issues.
