She got torn down, epoxied, and tossed back together and now she’s off to hibernate for the winter. BA0F3379-5624-456E-BC25-6D409DEC4CB0.jpeg IMG_1702.jpeg F3517323-98E2-4C2D-AF30-2C8002A5806A.jpeg

Great job! Only those who have done a full strip and prime will know the amount of work between those pics.

I’ve been busting but on customer cars and this weekend decided to tinker on my own stuff for a bit so I drug the Y block out of the corner and stated to put together a list of everything I need to make it run. I also saw something I wanted to try on my manifolds with graphite but I also decided to take it one step further and smooth them while I was at it.

A got some time on the engine lately and got the other manifold finished along with hours of sanding and polishing bringing these valve covers back to life. I also got a package from Nystrom Performance with my fuel fittings to get the carbs linked together.

Im 5'11" and I have a caravan seat. The seat frame sits about 4" off the floor. I have plenty of room to be comfortable. I'm not sure what the distance is from the floor to the top of the seat and I will say I'm slouched back a good bit the way I have it set up.
