Technical Horn button for 40s chevy

I have this old steering wheel I think is off a 41 Chevy...?
Can anyone here verify that from these pix...?
I am looking for a horn button for it...
Any suggestions on where to find one would also be great...

I should have one,its still on the steering wheel and I know I will not be using it.

I think there is a horn ring that sticks down from the button but mine is broke but the button is there and it still on the steering wheel and will get pictures.

It will probably cost more to ship it then I will want and you will still need to come up with the horn ring since I think the button in the middle does not operate the horn. I will take 15 dollars plus shipping and PM me with your address so I can figure out what it will cost to ship.
