Technical Horn button for 40s chevy

I have this old steering wheel I think is off a 41 Chevy...?
Can anyone here verify that from these pix...?
I am looking for a horn ****on for it...
Any suggestions on where to find one would also be great...

I think there is a horn ring that sticks down from the ****on but mine is broke but the ****on is there and it still on the steering wheel and will get pictures.

It will probably cost more to ship it then I will want and you will still need to come up with the horn ring since I think the ****on in the middle does not operate the horn. I will take 15 dollars plus shipping and PM me with your address so I can figure out what it will cost to ship.
