Customs HORN BUTTON SPARK?

    Been messin' with the 53's horn ****on trying to make the new Taiwan horn ring work. With the horn ring cap off, I can see a little spark happening in there when the horn is honked. Is that supposed to happen? I can see why it might do that. When you put the negative cable back on your battery, there's a little spark . So why not the horn ****on?

    Yes it will spark when the horn is honked. You re grounding the circuit and it will spark, nothing to be alarmed about.

    If you think that's startling, you should see the fire flying around in your distributor cap at 50 MPH! :eek:

    You could add in a relay. The ****on will carry much less amperage then. If the horn is aftermarket, a louder replacement, etc. a relay becomes more important.
