Horn Ring

I broke the horn ring on my 56 belvedere. Any idea if it can be welded. It's the full ring and I'd like to keep it if it can be fixed.

It can be welded...you'll need to grind past the plating to get a clean weld. With thin stuff like this, I like to heat with a torch first to keep the weld speedy. Grind down and back into shape, then replate.
