!951 Ford custom 12v conversion. Just rewired everything, now the horn only works with the lights off. If parking or headlights are on, no horn.
Check voltage at the horn relay.. If there is no power at the relay when the light switch is activated you have a wiring problem. The horn relay should have power all the time - even with the ign off (I think)
