I came across this manifold and carb set up. Can anyone tell me what this fits. My dad says Olds.

    Thanks,

I am pretty sure those only fit the 303 w/small port, not the 324 w/larger ports.

Paul would know for sure because he has one.

I have one just like it. It fits the larger port 54 324 engine. They were cast in 1955 by Jot Horne. Only a handful made. All Horne intakes are very hard to find. He only made around a hundred total between Cad, Olds, Hemi, and Ford Y-block.

I have brain fade at times... I think I remember someone here saying that the Horne patterns for the Olds, ended up be recast later on, with Cragar name? or am I thinking of something else?

This number comes from the article in Rod & Custom at least 18 months ago. I have the issue here if I can find it.

  15. Yep, correct.
