I promised an announcement this week and while it is still a little early to be making one, I'm true to my word! What's the deal? We are planning a pretty neat little car show in Gallipolis, Ohio at the Kanauga Drive-In. It's an incredible place that has been lit since 1949 and is very well preserved. The idea is to have a car show during the day followed by a triple screening of some pretty rad old movies at night. Maybe a surprise here and there... When? June 30, 2007 Stay tuned for the web site launch that will include more information about hotels, etc... This one is going to be pretty cool I think. I'm excited!
Sounds like a good birthday present to myself. (june 18) I hate it when you give the build-up and not the delivery, as in what movies will be playing... such a tease!
just the final excuse i need to follow through with my promise to show my daughter the area where i grew up (michigan.) sounds like a good little summer trip to roll the '62 Lincoln convertible across the country, and show the midwesterners what no rust really means meet the gmb's, henry ford museum / greenfield village, and roll to Ohio for this show. sounds like a plan. good lookin out ryan. -scott noteboom

Ryan, Is this going to be strictly for Hambers or a traditional show where anyone is welcome? For those that havent mapquested yet thats right on the West Virginia border. Thats a 3 hour trip for us. I bet the area down there is just beautiful!! Great pick Ryan. This will draw Hambers from the southern states too! Cant wait!!! We ought to arrange a whole weekend affair.

Sounds cool. We tried to do the same thing with Billetproof about 7 years ago and just couldn't convince the owners of the drive-in to let us do it. I went to a few that were put on by a club in SoCal about 15 years ago and they were a blast!
Man, this is perfect! 1st off it's while school is out so I can bring Samuel. 2nd We can drive up for that then do some site seeing through the week as we work our way to Des Moines for the Heartland Nationals the next weekend. And make both events our family vacation! Way to go Ryan!
