Count me in! Been waiting for more info on this one. Some great off the beaten path roads to travel on the way there. June's going to be a great month for shows in Ohio.

I may have to go ahead and do this one for sure. Looks like my attending events will only be Hamb events at the rate of the adds by Ryan. Too Cool!!!!

I will be there, even though there is a show in Indy less than 5 miles from my house that weekend

so cool... thats only a bout an hour and a half from my place. Hey Denise Roadstar and the rest of you guys up north. We could put together a little cruise. We could take the scenic route through the rolling wooded hills of southern Ohio.

go down towards west union (where blown49 lives, and run st route 125 through the state forest...then, it'll merge onto us 52 and follow the river all the way to gallipolis.....you could even cross into KY, back into ohio maybe even a quick jaunt into wv.....this sounds like a lot but you literally are on 52, cross the bridge(s) across the river onto 23 and then back.....125, in the summer would be an absolute joy to drive on, on a beautiful day......

ok, so i'm obsessed with this...

    here's a pic.....

here's a link to all the info i could find about gallipolis...

    here'a good one!
    http://www.drive-ins.com/theater/ohtkana

here's a link to our own local DOUBLE drive-in theater...it's about 10 minutes from my house....pretty cool old place.......we went to see "cars" there..

    http://www.herald-dispatch.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/99999999/ENT04/399990027/-1/TRAVEL01

I guess I'm wound up because I proposed, to some local guys that are actually pretty cool, to have a cruise-in at our local high school and then a bunch of us leave the show and cruise 10 minutes to the local drive-in.....they didn't seem as enthused as i.....i've just always thought that old drive-ins and old hot rods go together.....i dream of pulling into a drive-in and seeing a field of nothing but old cars.........and to put icing on the cake, this is basically in my back yard!

There's a pretty good drive-in in Gatesville (Texas). Not too far from Austin. If one is good, two is better, right?

What the what? Did I miss something?

Oh... I wouldn't book a hotel yet. We are working on a host hotel situation as I speak and it would be best to get in on that. Promise.

Oh good, I certainly don't get to see you often enough and since I wasn't planning on heading to the Syracuse show this year, this event will be perfect for catching up.
