This will be a nice car when done. I notice that you are using a late model block ( 1946 / 1948 ) good block to use for this build the water p***ages were much better. Also I am using the same intake manifold as you are Edmunds.

Hello everybody long time no talk, the Zephyr has been put away in the corner of my shop for years the engine is completely rebuilt the Transmissions is the 38 with the weird shifter that comes out the side of the center console and I have a Columbia two speed rear end that needs completely redone but lately I've been getting a lot of calls from street rod shops out California wanted to buy this and I've got a guy is coming to look at it I'm telling him I don't want to sell it but he's had a reputation throwing down a hundred grand other cars so hopefully I will keep it and put it together someday. And yes it is an older block it was built by a old guy that is Zephyr club and he gave me a laundry list the best parts to put in the engine and this engine has all of that, forged piston stainless valves everything been done right. Believe it or not I've been kind of into Imports lately and building JDM Honda and a turbo STI Subaru.
