History Hot Rod Magazine question

I was going to my old magazines came across my 1982 Hot Rod Magazine Street Machines and bracket racing Hot Rod action series Volume 1 Number 1 was wondering if anybody could tell me the issue of this magazine I think I have issue number one which means I would have volume one number one issue one

 

Would like to take a picture of it but I can't figure out how to take a picture and post it

 

Is this magazine first issue does it say it in the barcode on bottom left?

 

It's n1v1 of the "hot rod action series" published in 1982. But Hot Rod magazine started in 1948, so not really sure what you think you have...it's nothing special, that I'm aware of. And kind of off topic for this place.

 

Yup, just a "special" put out by HRM. I have that issue as well. Usually they did those by compiling existing features to land another title on the news stand

I think my dad picked mine up for me when I was sick from school one time

 

They also had annuals and year books.

 

Worth about $5 tops, unless you find someone who has a car featured in it they may pay more.
