(Crashnburns, you're Avatar is disturbing ... I feel nauseous ) Rake... I seem to be unable to control myself......: 1927 RPU 1931 Tudor 1965 C10 1969 Camaro
Here's two I used to own. But the Doyle Gammel car or anything Larry Braga did have to be the top ones for stance.
Mine are always raked the other way.. Tail down. Tell me, is it true you get better mileage cuz you're always driving downhill?
This Avitar is not my Motor.. NealinCa built this fine flathead.. I saw here and used it Sorry Neal didn't try to claim as mine. Its a sweet looking motor. I will be taking it down.George
Bull - I love your full fendered sedan! I saw a very similar car when I was a kid at the NSRA Western Nationals...about 1980. Was set up with an early Cad, lasalle trans, etc...but was light blue with a very similar stance. Wanted one like it ever since. I think I have a pic somewhere, I'll have to see if I can dig it out and scan it. ...and Rocky's 33 was a huge influence on my RPU. Neal
Nothing special. Model A front crossmember, reversed eyes, dropped axle. Stock '32 rear cross member, de-arched stock '32 rear spring minus some leaves, reversed eyes. No notches, rubber rake, rides and handles great.
