When you find the right ones for your car, you will know. You will put them on your car, and you won't care what we think.
I have a couple Halls Speed Shop, Witchita KS oval stickers that are my fave. I don't have them on anything as I am waiting for the perfect spot. I'll probably make a magnet out of them like I do all my others so I can use them over and over.
Im not really a sticker guy, but I do like the old decals. I have a pretty good collection, but Muttley is probably going to beat everyone hands down. I looked at some a guy was selling at the swap meet in Monroe. They looked great from a distance, but up, close not so much. I prefer the originals.
Another favorite of mine is this one. I have always been stuck in the 50's for some reason. I think it's all the great memories I have. Jimbo
Old decals and stickers are like reliving the past and sure bring back some wonderful memories. Jimbo
I've been picking up some from the swap meets and shows for a couple years now just for my garage door, one day I'll get it filled up. but I only keep one on the daily!
I chose this sticker for the garage door. In 2010, The Spectre Infidel became the absolute fastest gasoline powered car in the world by posting an exit speed of 415 MPH at Mike Cook's Top Speed Shootout sanctioned by USAC and FIA.
The favorite one I have is one that is on my tool box and I got it at Hot Rod Exchange in Dallas years ago. The reason it is special is because I was living in McGregor Tx at the time and one of my dad's visits we did the road trip to Dallas and one of our stops was by Hot Rod exchange. The day out poking around in car places with my dad was what was special.
Posted this before but here is some of the stuff I found stashed in a box in the attic a few weeks ago.
I have many old favorites when it comes to speed shops and this is one of them. Hope you enjoy it. Jimbo
