    I am sorry about your loss, but the memory reminder you have created is ingenious. I was at a home the other day looking at Urns for remains and they were all blah looking without feeling. Yours is a constant reminder of your lost hero and his passion, for you your family and friends.

  8. So sorry for the loss of your dad but you knocked it out of the park with that tribute.
    I understand that when Jim Downs (built downs 32 roadster glass bodies) passed away his son built a coffin to resemble a 32 roadster body ofr him to be buried in as per his wishes.
    I'm not posititive if that is his first name or not. If not someone can correct me. I plead CRS but do remember reading about the coffin.
    I have #21 body & #20 frame. Good car & well made.

    I too am sorry for your loss. That's a great tribute to your dad's memory. You did him proud I'm sure.
