Many of the older members of this place will know Yorgatron from his Oldsmobile and Hydramatic info posts.... I just got word he suffered a m***ive stroke last night and is gravely ill. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. I will update when I hear more.

It's not looking good. Just heard that it had damaged the entire left side of his brain, IF he makes it through the next few days he will be paralyzed, blind and unable to speak or breathe unaided. I'm devestated
I purchased a pile of 56 Olds parts off him some years ago. Drove up from LA to San Jose to collect them from him. He was most helpful and a hell of a nice guy to deal with. Wishing him all the best.
Dayaaaamn! I know he hasn't posted in a long while but I love his posts. Hope it's just a bump in the road for him...
Don't give up hope,My pal Rene',a friend of more than 50 years, had a stroke back in February and was in a coma for a couple of months,they told us the same thing. He is talking,his sight is compromised and he can't walk and his kidneys have failed,but he is alive. The main thing to keep in mind is to try to go by and visit as often as possible,he may not know you are there but it does a world of good for the family. Sadly Rene' had a lot of friends that have for some reason or another fell of the face of the earth. HRP
