That last picture in "ye Olde Hot Rod Shop" is perfect. This is what it's all about... Then and now. Rich
Ye Old Hot Rod Shopp looks like my place with to much **** piled on the benches so you have to work on the floor!! Thanks for taking the time to scan and post that.

Do those 2 name's ring a bell with any of you Cali guys? Wonder if they are still alive? They would be in their late 70's.
Very cool. I've heard that Life just mad this all avail, but have yet to check it out. Wow, looks like we'll get alot of info. Can't wait. Did they own Mecanix Illustrated as well? I was searching for some info on Tom Mc Cahill and a little 27 roadster he tested. Couldn't find the article when I searched M.I. ...Just a few pics. My buddy has a Co. called, 1945. My Co. name has been Ye Ole Chop Shoppe for years now. Started as a joke when a friend walked in and named it. Kinda stuck.

An original blow torch on the floor as well as head and intake gaskets for the flattie. Also note what appears to be a set of cluster gears on the floor and 3 hanging from the rafters. Thanks for posting! Jim
