Hot Rods and BBQ....they go hand in hand in my book

Will be heading to the HAMB Drags on Thursday Aug 15th and passing thru Cuba, MO where Junior Stock said there is an AWESOME BBQ placed that he just tried for the first time while passing thru the area on the way back from another car event.

Anyway, I'm hitting Missouri Hick BBQ at 12 noon. Anyone is the area that would like to join me?

However, I figure leaving the world's best barbeque in Alabama and moving to the frozen Northwest has added years to my life. Seems the smoke, which is the essence of great 'que, has mucho carcinogens in it. In Alabama, I'd be eatin' BBQ every other day or so. Up here, not much to tempt me.
