I am looking for a 262 ford inline six for a Bonneville project .. This engine was made from 1961 to 1964 ford c550, f600 and bigger and some f150s along with Divco trucks from the same years. the block looks like this one (see attached photo )

I have been looking fore some time in the wanted adds and hoped that I may catch some ones eye that may know of where I could find one notice the 3 ribs along the block that is what to look for to id this engine .Thanks John

Hello John, long time no see here! I have a couple of friends who just might know the whereabouts of such an engine as they deal with old truck stuff. I'll ask around. The old stuff with low demand is scarce now, thx to the big boom in scrap prices, although I'm told it's off a bit now.
On edit: your pic cold be better, looks like most of mine, LOL
