  10. Keep workin' on it. PT is no cake walk and they are the ones to get you to make those ROM advances.

Worked with this lady who hurt her shoulder in a fall at work. No surgery and her PT was not going well, diagnosis, frozen shoulder. She went into the OR and they knocked her out, orthopedic doc moved her arm every which way to get it unlocked... no way they could do that with her awake.

  11. HRP,
Didn't know until I just read this that you went to the crash house for some repair work. If I knew earlier I'd have replied sooner. Anyway, glad you're up and running again. Are you going to Union County Dragway this weekend? This is a good show. Went last year for the first time. This would be GREAT PT for you. I need to come on the forum more often to get updates, but I spend a couple of hours and "poof" part of my day is gone.

Sally had a knee replaced over a month ago. I was taking her to PT. So I know a little about what you and Brenda are experiencing. Not a fun deal, but better than it would've years ago. As for the PT. As they say, "No pain, No gain". Easy for me to say from the side lines watching from the bench. See ya' soon.

Hey Frank, haven't seen you over here in quite awhile, and here you are in 2 threads. I've been following this one since the start, and today I find your thread on the flathead treasure trove!
The Sock Fuckers will be there at SIM in force. Stop by for a visit.

  13. sadly,I'm not going to make SIMS this year,I was there the last two years and the Geargoyles put on one heck of a show, probably the best event in the South.

I know it's a odd analogy but trying to explain just what the SIM show is I liken it to Woodstock for hot rodders.

    Rows of vendors,swap meet,drag racing,hot rods & customs,bicycle show,vintage campers and a sea of black T shirts.

I hate missing it but look forward to returning next year.

I feel for Sally,I hope she continues to improve. HRP
