Hope I'm not out of line here and I sincerely hope Danny @HOTRODPRIMER won't be upset with me, but he needs parts. On the way home last weekend from the Cherokee Rod Run, Brenda's '54 Wagon got damaged. He's gonna need a front bumper, gravel pan, grille and some trim pieces to effect the repairs on this sweet ride. Danny may be too humble to ask, but if anyone can help out a long time hot rodder and loyal HAMBer, please reach out to him on here. Sorry Danny if I'm being too bold or personal, but I know how many, many times that you've reached out to help others on here and locally as well. 107_0174.JPG

If I had them or knew the whereabouts, I’d be in.

2024 goes on the books as not a good year for Danny. 2025 is gonna be a better year! Wish I knew somebody who had these pieces.

You scared the **** outa me.

    The Ford got damaged.
    Not happy to hear that.
But as long as Danny doesn't have doctors poking around, and nobody's hurt, we can breathe easy.

If I had any of the things he needs , they would be in the mail. I’ll pray he gets the parts and keeps Brenda happy.
Glad it was not more serious and no one hurt.

  7. Ship me the gravel pan
    I’d straighten it

Thank you my friends, I haven't started pulling it apart yet, just looking and trying to decide what needs to be done.

Thank you sir, I have been told you are good at hitting cars with hammers! :D HRP

Sorry for the hurts on your wife's wagon.
Yeah back in the day, the first thing to do was hammer it all out.
My Mother stoved in a '53 Dodge front end, the body shop 'renewed' it with no parts.

The important thing is you both are ok, the second thing is the response from your fellow HAMBers says it all. Wish I could help with the parts.

Danny, glad you two are OK. Might be a good time to do a little personalization to the wagon, aka custom stuff!

Post this on the 52-59 -Ford forum. Lots of 54 owners, also try the Ford Barn.

  21. I've got a 53 6-cylinder gravel pan, but I think they are different than the 54.

Sorry the wagon got busted up. The best I can do is bump this back to the top.

No connection with the guy but check out Mr. Goodpliers' channel on YT, he buys a lot of "our" cars and may have the bits (or know someone else who does). He's in KS but I suppose items like this would not be that difficult to ship.

Danny, sorry to hear about the wagon. While I don't know of the parts you need locally I'll certainly keep eyes and ears open. 'Glad it wasn't more serious. 'Good to see you out and about.
