    Yes they can but you might need to use the 1 3/4" shoes

    Cool truck's, I like the 44 Chev and the Ranger cab looks good for what it's made of.

    Thanks for the comment. car is Y-Block powered, 9" rear, and C-4 trans. the trans is the only concession I made because of my bad back and left knee. other wise it would be stick shift.

    I really like wide 5's when the wheels and drums are painted contrasting colors (and no hubcaps)...

    Found this thread while searching for pics of hot rods with wife five wheels. Surprised no more posts since 2018.
     
  26. oftened wondered the tooling cost to have the centers stamped to fit current 15" wheel hoops, in the same 30s style, make more widths , and 15" tires readily available

    Yeah, but market likely cannot justify the cost. Seems the wide five “fade” has come and gone, but I’m sticking with using them. I have a unicorn 15” x 6” wide five rim that I’m currently looking for a mate.
