Event Coverage Houston HAMB'RS Charity Car event/Reliability Run??

Ok fellas,we are putting on a car show to benefit the Boys and Girls Harbor House of La Porte Tx September 19th next month in the large parking lot of Lances Turtle Club on Nasa Rd 1.I know this is short notice,but these good folks came to us a short while back asking for a little help due to the tough times the have been having lately. Seeing has though it is for charity we thought it would be best to do an open show.I am working on the details has of right now,but it looks like we will be giving out dash plaques and goodies bags to the first 100 entries.We welcome any and all vendors that might want to join in also.There will be a thirty dollar entry fee that will include lunch plate.We have to sources for catering,either cajun or Bar bq with all the trimmings.I am in the process of putting a flyer together has we speak and should have it posted in a day or so.We will also be doing a 50/50 drawing and giving away door prizes through out the day

I was also thinking that if enough of you guys we interested we could do our yearly reliability run or hell for that matter we could do a poker run with cash and prizes.I have a few sponsors lined up so it could probably turn out to be a great poker run.So bottom line if any of you guys are interested PLEASE get back with me so i can figure out how to complete the show flyer.If there is enough interest i will close the show to pre 65 Rods and Customs
