It would be very hard for me to keep that pee gold interior if I was trying to restore it. Other than that, it's very cool.

IIRC, That's the Tommy Ivo T in it's 3rd, and worst, configuration. Tommy sold it to Bill Rolland who painted it dark blue. Hy Rosen bought it from Rolland and set about to make it an indoor show winner and no longer street driven. He changed a lot of stuff, and not usually for the better. The slicks in the front was a show rod attention getter.

What happened to both the Ivo and the Kookie car were atrocities.

  16. The 1978 Ridler winner. Homebuilt by Bob Anzalone (RIP). Bob put a lot of miles on it driving to cruise nights and shows around the Detroit area. ( 5a3b02d37e339b4e4437aea0400fc96d.jpg 1978-Bob-Anzalone-23-Ford-T-roadster-Black-Diamond-.jpg

Those seats look familiar in that bucket with the front slicks. Reminds me of what they did to the Grabowski T. Makes sense to be the Ivo because of the Buick engine.
