duecesteve, I can't thank you enough for posting these pictures of this car. Years ago on the HAMB I saw a picture of this car and it has been eating my brain ever since! I have been watching this thread with hopes that someone would post a picture.

In my opinion, the proportions are dead on. Kicked up Model A rear crossmember, '26-'27 T body, oval T gas tank, American mags. Perfection!

Does anyone have more pictures of this car?

A lot of times it's because the images drift too far from the HAMB period and style - pre-'65 is where this place lives. Big tires, graphics, Boss 429s are all cool, but not for here; especially ra* ro**. There are a few specific exceptions to this rule, but the moderators are pretty diligent about cleaning up things. I don't always agree with the stick-to-it-ivness they use, but I appreciate what they do.

Thanks but i have been here long enough to to know that and when i choose my photos before posting i check them. There are some i have posted on this thread that are still there and i think at the end of the day i can see things on them if you look hard enough. JW

A T bucket looking very much like this one showed up at the car show at the Kingdon Drags in Lodi, Ca a few years ago. The big difference, it was powered by a Y Block, otherwise it looked almost identical. I must have gone back to look at it a half dozen times.

That's***** Knudson's T that he built in Eugene,Oregon. I remember seeing him cruising "TheGut", Willamette St. He moved to LA and was a member of the Early Times and shows up in many of their pictures. Here it is with a blower and top.

I love the earlier iteration with the little fenders, cross ram, and no top.

I don't consider 26-27 Roadsters as T Buckets but some do. JW

if you take a 26-27 and put a short box on it it is t bucket. if you put a long box on a 23t it's still a bucket. what's the difference?
