    Here are some more..

The gentleman in the first photo is Roy Test. He flew 32 missions over Germany in WW2 in a B-17. He Co-Piloted the plane he is under.

I got to get his picture of him and his flight crew circa 1941, and got to shake his hand and tell him thanks. It was an honor.

This is the lower gun turret that hangs from the belly...

The gunner would lay on his back legs in the air in stir-ups and aim between his knees....

The one pic is of the sights on the guns...

    What a wild fucking ride!

This is a M3A3 Stuart tank. It is owned by a guy I work with. They do reinactments and scenario battles.

    Rotary motor and all.

How said VWs aren't cool, 2 original Kubelwagens.

There were alot of prop planes along with a few jets.

5, yes 5 P-47 Thunderbolts took the air and flew together.

2 Zeros fought against an F4U4 Corsair, Hellcats, and Dauntless'.

A F-86 Sabre and a Mig-15 chased each other around for a while.

All around good day for all, the kids loved it. We had to take refuge under one of the B-17s wings, it was hot. We got to walk through the B-17. I didn't think I was going to make it through the bomb bay, that bridge is narrow and I'm wide. :D

This is a good site for nose art as well. The pic is one of my Dad's planes. He was a bombardier . He turns 91 this year.
