Guess I was just confused and we all know how easily that happens. Maybe the rule is that you can't respond to an ad before 10 post minimum is met.

the 10 post thing keeps new people from seeing the wanted section of the classifieds. that is where all or most of the scammers operated. It also makes it so they can't send a Pm . I bet nobody will be able to send them a pm about their ads, but I am not certain of that part
