thankfully its a little better than this at the moment. this is about two weeks ago. My roadster as you can see was sideways, and as its summer here I said 'enough!" As I want to drive it. So the Barge is in the driveway where it belongs. And now its roadster time!

I always end up uncovering an old project of some sort when I clean shop and get side tracked and end up making a bigger mess :)

I puled the Divco out of the center of the garage. Now I can have some inside room to work on the floor for the 2nd story. All the joists seem the be 7.5 ft on center so I have to trim every sheet. Once I get the floor in I will be able to organize all my parts.

I don't know which is worse, my shop or my work desk. You do a household chore, a neighbor needs a special tool, you do the body, you do the ch***is, you don't put stuff back because you have to go back. I feel better that I'm no the only one.

This is the year I'm getting my garage in order. No, really I am. My Mustang is finished, so I can toss out all the unused parts. We bought a Toy Hauler trailer this past year, so I can stuff the quads and riding gear in there and use it as storage. I'm clearing out a work area so I can bring my Model A pickup in the garage and maybe, just maybe start on it. I'll post a pic when it's done, but here's one taken a while back when I sold my sedan stuff...

I was out in the shop this weekend, sorting and retrieving tools, and trying to restore order from chaos! Moved all of the cars out (that run!) and swept up the Winter's messes, got some semblance of organization to the parts, boxes, and stuff; and put it all back. Have to make room for my '56 Ply wagon that is coming home from the painter this weekend (yay!). Will finish up this Saturday, and then the wagon project goes into overdrive!!!

I'll post a pic tomorrow: Coupe, Triumph, vintage stove, vintage fridge, toolboxes, blastcabinets, etc. You can barely walk anywhere in it. I'm so ashamed that I even own a garage. SIMPLIFY man.....

i have 95% of the floor done in the 2nd story of the garage. I had to put some joists in so that I could extend the floor the whole way over to the wall. I also had to redo the steps as they were too steep. I also reinforced the joists in one area so I could take out some studs and open up the old corn crib area. It made a big mess but it will be worth it once it is organized.

  19. I'd like to clean mine but then my wife would start putting her **** in it, now it's too much of a mess. Guess it's best to live with the mess, at least I can get the cars in.
