How can I get a message to Royalshifter or his contact information

Royalshifter has a 23 T for sale and I can't find a way to reply. I'm signed in but it tells me I don't have enough privilege's to respond?? How does it work?

 

You need ten posts to send a conversation. I believe it takes 24 hours after the tenth one.

Put @Royalshifter and he will get a notification in his header. As has been stated you cannot PM him until you have 10 posts which was ins***uted after all of the scamming in the cl***ifieds.
