How did you earn your HAMB name?????????

I was born, the rest is history.
I was offered a sposorship once a long time ago and I turned it down ( personal reasons???) my ol' man said I had always been a porknbeaner and would never be more than a porknbeaner. I guess that pretty much explainsit. I hope you life is drastically changed by the info.

I used to knock on all my buddy's heads and say "Hello McFly" when they wouldn't get what the hell I was saying.
Someone called me 'Marty McFly' one time and it stuck! I had a slight resemblence to M.J. Fox only taller and I'm have that nervous energy like MJF, with out the shakes.
Plus I am not as much of a DICK as Biff was, at least I don't think so...

I used to stuff v8s in everything I drove and my last name is baker. I got the name in high school but it is better than joe Baker joe Baker the black mark maker that I was also called.

 

Picked it up many years ago as Lowbuckrod cause I am a tightass when it comes to buying stuff. Id rather build it from scratch if I can. When I first got on line on AOHell, before I new better, Lowbuckrod was taken so I shortened it. So far I haven't signed up for any message boards and such where I haven't been able to use it. Some people think it stands for Lubbock Rod but they cant spell worthashit either.

 

I was on another forum years ago and I painted one of my vehicles neon green, and the first word that came to mind that sounded good with green was dream. It's a stupid name that has no reason, but I didn't feel like coming up with a new one. So thats the story.

 

Because I am a cranky old buzzard and because "buzzard" was taken on this board it got modified to oldbuzzard50. I have a 1950 Chevy. My F150 has the license plate "BUZZARD" on it.

Actually, Shpotty was the dog's nick name as he was covered in "shpots." Shpots are like spots except they are odd shapes, not just little round ones.

As for the "They call me Daddy at home" thing, well that's what they call me at home, my daughter and my wife both.

Used to managed a Harley motorcycle dealership it the 70's and had then and now a large mustache , one of the mechanics in the back called me Walrus for the "stache" that looked like a Walrus face hair and tusks , the name stuck.

 

Because that's the type of transmission my A-Bomb has. Sounds better than "nonsyncromesh".

 

Well, I picked Topless Ford because I am building a 63 Galaxie ragtop, secondly my crazy wife gets a kick out of standing up in convertables and flashing people her boobs!!!! Perhaps I should have chosen Topless Squared.

I built custom cars and when finished i sell them cause i usally have another project in my head and i need the money to build the next one. one that I built was a 1992 SHO that I made into a wagon front half of a sho and back of a wagon One off SHO Wagon. the plate was sho1off. a kid came over that ive know for a while and asked what i build custom cars for and I told him " so I can Show off and talk smart " so SHO 1 Off stuck

 

I used to drive a chopped 54 Chevy radical custom when i joined the Hamb .One day a women at a gas station told me that it looked like something the Devil would drive.Plus i was always inspired by the "Satans Duece" drag car ,so there you go ...

I mud raced a Green, Early Ford Bronco. Everyone said it looked like a toadfrog jumping across the top of the mud ....

So I named the race truck "toadfrog"...It stuck for the last 12 years.
