Im changing my front shock mounts and I purchased a set of F1 shock mounts, they have weld bungs but I really hate to weld due to paint. Could I mount them through the frame wall with 2 grade 8 bolts? ......................Thanks RP

Yep I've done that with no problems on a boxed frame. If unboxed I would suggest a 3/16 stiffener plate behind.

I was just installing mine today. I'm not using F-1's (Mopar truck) but virtually the same. I've seen sides of frames rip when guys just bolt into the side of it so I designed and fab'd some pieces that I can just weld in and already tapped to accept a 7/16" bolt.

I haven't got my holes all the way through both sides to push the pieces all the way in and weld but you get the idea. When it's all done they'll be welded flush on both sides. If you're careful you might be able to do something like this without messing up the paint too much.
