How do I create a album using pics already stored in my computer?

Am trying to create an album but this link doesn't work. Could you let me know how to do it. Thanks Martin

 

Hit the flag with a little man on it between the magnifying glass and the envelope. Scroll down to Your Albums and hit that and you will see add media.

 

Yeah; this thread is 11 years old, but I'd like to create an album (my first). The "add content" shows up but I don't see a "create album" option.

The link that @Ryan listed doesn't work anymore.

Any help?
