How do I disable the quote feature?

Pretty please, how to get rid of the quote feature when posting a reply?
It takes time to delete the quote.

I have been going all the way to the top of the page and hitting post reply instead of on the user that just posted.
Kind of a drag doing it that way but I don't like the quote every time.

 

Highlight the quote with the mouse and then hit delete on your keyboard.

 

Or use the Post Reply ****on on the bottom of the page, under the last reply.-MIKE
