Technical How do I get a nice rake on a '47 Plymouth

    Cut the front coil springs...leave the rear as is, or if anything install taller rear tires!

  3. Cut the front coil springs 1 coil is about 2 1/2 inches drop and a coil and a half should do the trick. It 'll ride good, you can cut the rubber bumpers about in half so it won't bottom out too soon.

    . . . put the front tires down to about 10 psi and see if you like the look.
