what is the problem? you are logged in to make this thread. Or is it that you got a new device and don't remember your password? If that is the case are you still using the same email address that you had when you first signed up here? you can verify by clicking on the man symbol just to the left of the PM icon and go to contact details. your email is listed there. If that is a current email for you, you can simply go through the "I forgot my password" prompts when you try to log in and reset your password. But this only works if the email matches as I stated above

Well I went through the steps you mentioned and found out to my surprise that my email isn't actually correct and that it is one from a job a retired from in 2018! So up-date my email address and select a new password?
trouble is that you need to re enter your password in order the change your email. I am afraid you are going to have to get @Ryan help on this one
