Hot Rods How do i post a new thread using a iphone.

Just got a new iphone 5s .It wont let me post from the phone. Says I don't have permission. ?????????????? Please help

 

See the 3 dots in the top right corner? Push that and then the screen will look like this....press new topic

I have an iPhone and mine just has a big red button at the top that says" post new thread".......clever I reckon

 

Im logged in on my iphone and when I click the 3 dots then new topic it says I don't have enough permission to post ????????????????????????
